Why does every vehicle need paint correction before a coating?

A ceramic coating is an optically clear, glass-like layer that bonds to whatever is underneath it — including swirl marks, oxidation, water spots, and micro-scratches. If we lock those defects under a 3-to-lifetime year coating, you'd be sealing in flaws permanently. A one-stage correction at roughly 80% refinement is included in every package so the coating bonds to clean, refined paint and the final gloss is dramatically deeper.

It depends on vehicle size and paint condition. A compact car typically takes about 3 hours, midsize vehicles 4–8 hours, and oversize vehicles (full-size SUVs, lifted trucks, exotics with heavy defects) can range from 8 to 20 hours. Additional refinement beyond the included 1-stage, plus scratch and rock-chip repair, is billed at $100/hour.

What's the difference between Gold, Platinum, and Titanium ceramic packages?

Elite Gold protects for 3–5 years, Elite Platinum for 6–8 years, and Elite Titanium is a Lifetime coating. All three include the 1-stage 80% paint correction. Titanium also adds Nano Pro Wheel & Caliper coating on the wheel faces and Nano Pro Everything Glass on the windshield and front side windows.

What is Liquid PPF (LPPF) and how is it different from a ceramic coating?

Liquid PPF is a thicker, self-healing protective layer engineered to absorb light impacts like rock chips and road rash. Ceramic coatings deliver gloss, hydrophobicity, and chemical resistance. We offer Full Front ($1,500), Track Pack ($2,000), and Full Vehicle ($3,500–$5,500 by size). You can add a ceramic top-coat over LPPF for +$500 to combine impact protection with hydrophobic gloss.

Do you offer a discount for new vehicles?

Yes — new vehicles (typically under 1,000 miles or freshly delivered) qualify for our 15% New Vehicle Special on the entire protection package. The earlier paint is protected, the better the long-term result.

How long does the coating need to cure, and when can I drive?

Accepted Answer

The vehicle stays in our climate-controlled cure bay for 12–24 hours after application. You can drive immediately after pickup, but avoid washing or exposing the vehicle to heavy rain for the first 5–7 days while the coating fully cross-links.

How do I maintain my coating?

Hand wash only, two-bucket method, with a pH-neutral shampoo every 2–3 weeks. Avoid automatic tunnel washes with brushes. We provide a full aftercare briefing at hand-off and recommend an annual maintenance inspection.
