The Elite Process

Six Stages. Zero Shortcuts.

From the first foam bath to the final controlled cure, every step is performed by hand in our climate-managed studio.

  1. STEP 01 1–2 hrs

    Full Wash & Foam Bath

    We begin with a contact-less pre-soak followed by a pH-neutral two-bucket hand wash to lift all surface dirt without inducing micro-marring.

    • Pre-rinse & snow foam
    • Wheels, tires & arches deep clean
    • Two-bucket method with grit guards
  2. STEP 02 1–2 hrs

    Decontamination

    Bonded contaminants invisible to the eye are chemically and mechanically removed so the paint is truly bare and ready to bond with coatings.

    • Iron-fallout dissolver
    • Tar & glue remover
    • Clay-bar / clay-mitt treatment
  3. STEP 03 30–60 min

    Prep & Panel Wipe

    Vehicle is dried with plush microfiber and forced air, then masked. An IPA panel wipe strips all oils so defects are revealed under inspection lighting.

    • Forced-air drying
    • Edge & trim masking
    • Solvent panel wipe & inspection
  4. STEP 04 4–8 hrs (8–20 hrs oversize)

    Paint Correction

    Every package includes a one-stage machine correction targeting roughly 80% defect refinement — swirls, light scratches, and oxidation. Deeper correction or scratch & rock-chip repair is available at our professional rate.

    • 1-stage correction included (≈80% refinement)
    • Multi-stage refinement available on request
    • Scratch & rock-chip repair: $100/hr
    ⚡ Oversize vehicles can require 8–20 hours of correction time.
  5. STEP 05 2–4 hrs

    Ceramic or Liquid PPF Application

    Coatings are applied panel-by-panel under controlled lighting in our climate-managed bay. Layer count, leveling time, and flash times are tier-specific.

    • Climate-controlled application bay
    • Per-panel level & wipe cadence
    • Optional ceramic top-coat over LPPF
  6. STEP 06 12–24 hrs

    Controlled Cure & Hand-Off

    The vehicle rests in our cure bay so the coating fully cross-links. We perform a final inspection under multi-angle LEDs and walk you through aftercare.

    • Aftercare briefing & maintenance plan
